Group Class Schedule

This strength-focused class is slower-paced than your usual class, and is designed to give you MASSIVE strength and confidence gains. Tangible numbers (and maybe a high-five or two) are motivating to see what your body is capable of. We'll focus on big lifts for strength, secondary lifts for function/aesthetic, and increase challenges week-to-week.

The weekly structure is as follows:

  • Monday/Tuesday (Back Squat + Chin Up)

  • Wednesday/Thursday (Bench Press + Glute Thrust)

  • Friday/Saturday (Deadlift + Overhead Press)
